*$50.00 Non-refundable deposit (deposit goes towards your rental fee) is due within 5 days of submitting agreement. *A Certificate of Insurance showing a $1,000,000 liability limit with the Jefferson County Fair Board listed as Additional Insured is due at least two (2) weeks prior to your event. *The balance is then due two weeks prior to the event. If booking less than two weeks in advance, total fee is due at the time of the booking accompanied by the Certificate of Insurance. *Please mail or drop off payment at 2606 W Burlington Ave, Fairfield IA 52556. *Key box code will be sent to you within 6 hours of your event.

Rental Guidelines & Requirements Sweep and vacuum floors at the conclusion of your event. Mop up large spills on hard floors. Notify us of any major spills on carpet immediately. Wipe down all tables, chairs, and equipment used, and return all items to their proper storage locations. Empty all trash containers and place trash in the outside dumpster. Pick up any trash on the grounds. Trash bags are located in the storage closet. No damage to buildings or grounds. If any damage occurs, notify us as soon as possible. Return the key to the key box on the day of your event. Thank you for helping us keep the facility clean and ready for the next guest!
